Job Description: 1.Promotes ergonomic work methods and a safe working environment. 2.Applies problem solving skills to resolve or prevent manufacturing issues. 3.Communicates articulately with an efficient collaborative outcome. 4.Daily planning and setup of workstations to ensure a logical workflow process. 5.Ensures agency and customer quality control standards are maintained. 6.Monitors and supports production team on acceptable productivity quotas. 7.Oversees inventory of raw, in process and finished goods. 8.Participates in powered truck (forklift) operations. 9.Verifies time record(s), training(s) and site documentation is processed. 10.Attends required trainings, meetings and conferences. 11.Demonstrates a working knowledge and skillset of computer skills including, but not limited to Microsoft Office, internet-based software and apps. 12.Other permanent or temporary responsibilities as assigned. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proficient writing, verbal, math and computer skills. Reliable independent transportation required. Working knowledge of DOL and OSHA regulations as it pertains to the manufacturing field will be gained on the job. Extraordinary Work Conditions: May be required to travel undetermined amount of miles per month in performance of duties; some travel may be out of town. Pickup and delivery of job materials may also be required. Driving agency vehicles will be required periodically in performance of duties.
Qualifications: Associates degree in related fieldPLUS(2) two years of paid experience in industry. OR High School diplomaPLUSthree (3) years of paid experience in industry.
