Woodwell Climate Research Center seeks a strategic VP of People & Culture to align HR initiatives with our mission and values. Reporting to the COO, you will lead modernization of the P&C function and guide staff through growth with integrity and accountability. You will oversee organizational design, talent management, budget, policy development, and HRIS systems while fostering an inclusive, high-performing workplace across the organization in Massachusetts.
