Global Tax Accounting Leader - Hybrid/Onsite

Baxter seeks a Senior Manager, Global Tax Accounting to lead the global tax accounting function, partnering with Finance leadership. The role combines technical tax accounting expertise with people leadership to guide day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. You will oversee tax provision, projections, and quarterly/year-end reporting under ASC 740, mentor staff, drive process improvements, and collaborate across Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, and Legal teams globally.
