Global Benefits Director - Remote/Hybrid Leader

Vantage Data Centers manages global benefits to support growth and a diverse workforce. The Director, Global Benefits will lead design, governance, and operations of health, retirement, wellbeing, and leave programs across NA, EMEA, and APAC. This role partners with People & Culture, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and external providers to ensure competitive, compliant, and scalable programs while balancing regional market needs and financial stewardship. Travel may be required.
