Apply for this role →RAM EDM Operator - Alward Industries, LLC., Townville PA Overview: We are seeking an experienced, skilled RAM EDM Operator to join our team.
Duties:
Studies specifications, such as blueprints, sketches, models, or descriptions of product to determine set ups, toolings, etc. required to set up the machines used to EDM parts.
Communicates set ups to other personnel as required.
Modifies G & M Codes.
Set up and operate RAM EDM'sInspects/Verifies conformance of RAM EDM parts to specifications using gaging.
Removes finish marks as required.
May fit or assemble parts together such as punches into punch. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Proficiency in quality inspection techniques and tooling operations. Knowledge of GD&T principles is a plus. Proficient in using hand tools for various tasks.
Job Type: Full-time & Overtime
Pay: $18.75 - $25.00 per hour based on experience
