Finance Manager - financial reporting and controls

Our client seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to join a rapidly growing International finance team - within the Fintech space. The company continues to scale rapidly across multiple International markets and thus is looking to further strengthen their financial reporting and financial controls environment. This role will be responsible for overseeing core financial operations, supporting strategic decision-making, ensuring regulatory compliance, and helping scale financial processes as the business continues to expand internationally. The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting expertise with analytical skills, thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment, and enjoys working cross-functionally with product, operations, compliance, treasury, and leadership teams. CPA required. Big 4 preferred. Suitable for first role post certification or + 2-3 years post.
