Location: Jefferson, GASchedule and Pay: Mon-Fri; 1st shift is 6am to 2:30pm @ $18/hour2nd shift 2:30pm - 11pm (OT as Required) @ $18.75/hourPDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the HVAC manufacturing industry to find skilled Forklift Operators who are ready to make an impact. About the Role: As a Forklift Operator, you'll play a critical role in keeping production moving. Your expertise in material handling will directly support the efficient manufacturing and delivery of HVAC products used across the industry. This is a hands-on position where precision, safety, and reliability truly matter.
What You'll Do:
  • Day to DayOperate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to transport materials safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload materials at points of origin and destination
  • Utilize warehouse technology such as PCs, scanners, and inventory systems
  • Complete required paperwork and administrative tasks related to shipments
  • Follow all safety procedures and comply with operational guidelines
  • Operate multiple types of equipment, including:
  • Sit-down forklifts
  • Stand-up Order Pickers (OP)
  • Order Reach trucks
  • Cherry pickers at elevated heights
  • Required & Preferred Qualifications
Required:
  • Valid forklift/operator certification or specialized license
  • Ability to safely operate multiple types of powered industrial equipment
  • Comfort working with technology and basic administrative tasks
Preferred:
  • Minimum 2 years of forklift experience 3-5 years of experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
