ServiceNow AI Developer (Now Assist) with Active Top Secret or DHS Clearance

Employment Type: Full time W2 InDev is seeking a Service Now AI Developer to design, build, and optimize AI powered solutions. In this role, you will configure out-of-the box flows using Flow Designer and configure conversational AI experiences with core Service Now modules (ITSM, scoped applications).

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ·       Design & Configure: Build and customize AI-powered use cases such as chat summarization, resolution note generation, knowledge article generation, response recommendations, and content generation.·       Workflow Integration: Integrate conversational AI with Service Now modules like IT Service Management (ITSM).·       Scripting & APIs: Extend functionality using Java Script, Glide APIs, UI policies, and RESTful web services.·       Testing & Optimization: Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and manage update sets.·       Collaboration: Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to translate operational needs into responsive, user-friendly AI solutions. QUALIFICATIONS5+ years hands-on development experience with Service Now and dedicated experience building conversational agents. Knowledge of Java Script, HTML/CSS, REST/JSON integrations, and Flow Designer. Understanding of Access Control Lists (ACLs), data models, update sets, and client scripts. Experience with AI Search, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, LLMs, and Agentic AI.Experience with AI Agent Studio and GenAI platforms.
