Branch Sales & Service Banker I

First Mutual Holding Company is seeking a Universal Banker to serve as the core customer-facing role in our retail branches in Cleveland. The role emphasizes excellent service and sales while processing teller transactions and handling account maintenance. There are three levels with progressive responsibility. The Universal Banker 1 supports training, cross-sells products, and ensures compliance with policies and regulations. Occasional branch float and weekend hours may be required.
