Senior Labor & Employment Counsel

Con Edison in New York seeks an experienced in-house attorney to lead and manage complex labor and employment matters, providing strategic guidance to Company leadership on compliance with evolving laws and regulations. The role requires a JD, admission to the New York Bar, and at least 10 years of focused experience in labor and employment law, including deposition work, strong litigation, negotiation, and presentation skills. Occasional after-hours emergencies may be required.
