Senior Manager, International Tax | Remote | Temp-to-Perm I’m partnering with a global, growth-oriented company on a Senior Manager, International Tax opportunity. This is a temporary position with the potential to convert to a permanent hire, offering an excellent opportunity for the right person to get into the organization, demonstrate impact, and potentially grow with the tax function. The company is 100% remote-friendly, although preference will be given to candidates located near key company/team locations. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong U.S. international tax professional who enjoys being close to the business and wants meaningful exposure to sophisticated cross-border planning and transactions. The scope includes: U.S. international tax planning and cross-border structuring GILTI, foreign tax credits, E&P and Subpart F Global cash movement and repatriation planning Transfer pricing and IP-related initiatives International aspects of ASC 740 and the tax provision M&A diligence, structuring and integration Partnership with Accounting, Treasury and other business stakeholders Process improvement, automation and continued development of a scalable global tax function This is an individual contributor role with significant visibility and ownership, ideal for someone who wants to remain technically hands-on while working on strategic initiatives that have a direct impact on the business.
