ELA Literacy Director & Coaching Leader

KIPP Memphis seeks a Literacy Director to drive literacy and ELA achievement across campuses. You will set vision for rigorous reading/writing instruction, build instructional capacity, and align curriculum, data, and interventions to accelerate student literacy progress. You’ll work with school leaders, coaches, and the academics team to ensure all students access excellent English instruction and close literacy gaps, including ACT/PreACT alignment and state assessments.
