Regional Vice President We're seeking a Regional Vice President in Phoenix to provide executive leadership for a nationally recognized employee-owned general contractor. Our client is a highly respected employee-owned builder recognized for long-term client relationships, thoughtful leadership and a collaborative approach to building exceptional teams. This role is ideal for a construction executive who enjoys strengthening strategic client relationships, developing outstanding leaders and driving operational performance across a dynamic commercial business. You will provide executive oversight for regional operations, partnering with executive leadership to execute regional strategy, drive business development, oversee financial performance and strengthen operational excellence. Working closely with operations, preconstruction and business development leaders, you will help develop leadership talent, strengthen market position and drive operational performance across the region.
