Production Lead Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To: Pull, package, and palletize parts accurately and efficiently. Work alongside the production crew to meet daily goals and deadlines. Assist with directing and supervising employees while remaining hands-on with daily production duties. Help train new employees and provide guidance to team members. Monitor work quality and ensure attention to detail. Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Communicate with management regarding production needs, employee concerns, and issues. Take on additional supervisory responsibilities as performance and independence increase. Lead by example while working alongside the crew each day.
Production Lead Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday.
Ability to safely handle and package parts and materials.
Ability to perform hands-on production duties for the duration of the shift.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Dependable, responsible, and willing to take initiative.
Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility.
Ability to provide direction and support to team members.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred but not required.
Must be willing to remain hands-on and perform production duties while supervising.
Training will be provided; raises and advancement opportunities are based on job performance, skills, and demonstrated independence.
