Lateral Partner Recruitment & Integration Lead

A&O Shearman seeks a U.S. Lateral Partner Recruitment & Integration Manager to oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and integration of lateral U.S. partners. You will partner with firm leadership and HR to drive strategic growth and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Responsibilities include coordinating with practice leaders, external search firms, and internal teams, while improving processes, governance, and data reporting to support the firm's talent strategy.
