Registered Nurse

Job Description: Position: Field Nurse The Field Registered Professional Nurse who will manage all aspects of patient care related to services provided in the home. This would include Conducting home visits, completion of all required documentation and communication with PCP.

Requirements: NYS RN License 6 months of RN experience required. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent clinical skills Basic knowledge of office applications and equipment (Outlook, Word, Printing and scanning applications).
