Hotel Operations Manager: Guest Experience & Revenue

Boyd Gaming Corporation seeks a hotel operations supervisor to oversee occupancy and drive efficient front desk, bell desk, housekeeping and call center operations. You will lead departments, hire and coach staff, monitor room rates and inventory, and ensure compliance with company policies and gaming regulations. You will coordinate events, manage budgets and review external invoices, while maintaining service standards and sanitation across the property.
