Warehouse PackerJob Summary We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Packer to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately packing products, inspecting items for quality, and preparing orders for shipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining accuracy and productivity standards.
Responsibilities:
Pack products according to company standards and customer requirements.
Inspect products for quality, damage, or defects before packaging.
Verify item quantities and ensure order accuracy.
Label, seal, and prepare packages for shipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow work instructions and safety procedures at all times.
Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or production issues to supervisors.
Meet daily productivity and quality goals.
Assist with sorting, staging, and moving materials as needed.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse, packing, or production experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
Basic reading, writing, and communication skills in English.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
