Bilingual Warehouse Associate

Job Description: We are seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Associate to join our team in Tamarac, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse environment, possess strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, and be able to meet the high physical demands of the role.

Responsibilities: Receive and organize inventory shipments. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Perform inventory checks and restock shelves as needed. Operate warehouse equipment as necessary. Assist with unloading deliveries and sorting merchandise. Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in both English and Spanish. Report any issues or discrepancies in inventory or shipments.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift. Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Must be able to push, pull, and carry heavy materials. Must be able to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and conditions.

Qualifications: Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish (both spoken and written). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
