Technology & IP Transactions Associate

Overview: Candidates must have experience with technology and IP-intensive transactions or other relevant experience. The Technology & IP Transactions group handles a wide range of domestic and international transactions for public and private companies across diverse industries including software and AI, pharma and life sciences, energy and infrastructure, chemical and industrial, consumer products, and media and entertainment. Matters include mergers and acquisitions, financing, joint ventures, strategic alliances, restructurings, software and systems agreements, outsourcing, R&D agreements, collaboration agreements, and licenses (patent, trademark, copyright, and data/databases) and other commercial agreements. A technical degree is not required for this role.
