New Home Sales Consultant - Clayton Palms Community

About the Role: You’ll guide customers through the process of purchasing a new or previously owned manufactured home while building relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities include: Generate sales through walk-ins, internet leads, phone calls, and past customers Respond promptly to online inquiries and follow up with prospects Maintain accurate customer notes and follow-up plans in the CRMPresent home floor plans, features, and design options Build trust, communicate value, and guide customers through the sales process Meet individual sales goals of at least one home per month Stay informed about market conditions, competitors, and product offerings

Qualifications: Two or more years of sales or customer service experience preferred Strong communication, organization, negotiation, and follow-up skills Professional appearance and demeanor Confident phone and computer skills Motivated, reliable, persuasive, and customer-focused Real estate experience is a plus Reliable transportation required Real estate license not required; HCD licensing must be obtained Ability to obtain a Manufactured Home Salesperson License from CA HCD within 90 Days Schedule & Compensation Part-time: Friday–Monday, 12:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. Hours may vary based on customer demand Commission only Competitive commission structure with unlimited earning potential Join a family-owned company with more than 20 years of experience building high-quality, custom manufactured homes.\nCompany
