About the Role: We are seeking a strategic, hands‑on Chief Financial Officer (CFO)to join our executive leadership team. This role partners closely with the CEO and ownership to drive financial strategy, operational excellence, organic growth, andM&A initiatives. Ideal candidates bring strong manufacturing experience and proven success innegotiation, acquisitions, and scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities: Lead financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and performance management Oversee accounting, budgeting, treasury, audit, tax, and compliance Driveorganic growththrough margin improvement, cost control, and pricing strategy LeadM&A activities, including evaluation, due diligence, negotiation, and integration Negotiate financing, banking relationships, and key contracts Provide actionable financial insights to leadership and ownership Build and lead a high‑performing finance team

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred) 10+ years of senior financial leadership experience Manufacturing background inautomotive, aerospace, or medicalindustries preferred Proven experience innegotiation, M&A, and growth strategy Strong leadership, communication, and business partnership skills
