Senior P&C Actuarial Role Reserving and reporting cycle role closer to a reserving cycle role than a transformation build: recurring IBNR ownership is primary, with systems improvement running alongside it. Senior P&C actuarial role in Gen Re's Stamford, Connecticut office, supporting assigned P&C reinsurance lines. You'll lead IBNR reserving, assumption selection, reporting, dashboard development, and process improvements while partnering with underwriting, claims, finance, IT, audit, and management. The role is hybrid, with three office days per week.
