Remote Director, Strategic Accounts - Enterprise Growth

Narmi is seeking a Director, Strategic Accounts to own the relationships at the largest customer accounts, renewals, and growth. You will partner with Product and Engineering to translate feedback into the next product version and drive Net Retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction. You will work with Technical Account Managers and lead high-level executive conversations, shaping how Narmi serves banks and credit unions across the United States.
