VP of Product and Technology

Responsibilities: Owning and executing the company's overall product and technology strategy, roadmap, and priorities. Leading, managing, and developing the Product and Technology teams, fostering collaboration and continued growth. Driving AI strategy and implementation, identifying opportunities to improve workflows, automate processes, and deliver measurable results. Providing technical direction and partner with engineering on architecture, scalability, and product development decisions. Overseeing technology vendors, outsourced resources, and key external partnerships. Partnering with clients and internal leadership to support successful onboarding and evolving business needs. Advising on future hiring needs, technology investments, and departmental budgets.

Qualifications: 9–12+ years of product and/or technology leadership experience, ideally at a startup or scaling organization. Experience building and scaling product and technology teams, including managing and developing other leaders. Demonstrated AI product experience, with the ability to develop and execute a practical AI roadmap. Strong strategic thinking paired with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved in day-to-day execution. Experience in legal tech, compliance, or another regulated industry is a plus.
