Service Coordinator The Service Coordinator is the first point of contact for customers that seek repair for their equipment. He/she must have good people skills and be able to multitask regularly. He/she is responsible for dispatching service jobs, rescheduling when necessary and finalizing the clerical part of the job. Field customer calls/emails and dispatch all service technicians Post time daily and input into payroll system Open and close all work orders for service technicians Issue PO numbers for field service technicians and all non-shop job needs, keep track of open PO's, and receipt-in when invoices arrive Process credit card payments when necessary Process filing of closed work orders Set up all new PM contracts in NDSInput all amendments for PM's in NDSRun monthly reports Run PM list on the 1ST and 15TH of each month and give to designated technician Monitor all open work orders Maintain Dispatch Log Skills/
Responsibilities: Basic computer skills: typing, NDS, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, etc. Ability to work with customers/excellent customer service skills, personable Open/close workorders Maintain dispatch log Input technician hours into payroll system Maintain purchase order system for vendor purchases Coordinate technicians
Work Experience Requirements: 2-3 years relevant experience Education/Certification/
License Requirements: High School Diploma or GEDWork Conditions/
Physical Demands: This position is in an office setting where the noise level is generally quiet to sometimes moderate if working near the shop area. Employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; and reach with hands and arms. Employee must have normal manual dexterity and be able to effectively manipulate keyboard and phone. Specific vision abilities required by this job includes close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
