Senior Grid Planning Engineer, Power Systems & Reliability

Join MISO in Carmel, IN as a Senior Power System Planner. You will perform 18–24-month reliability studies, coordinate across Planning, Markets, and Operations, and develop near-term strategies to strengthen transmission reliability and grid readiness. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering and at least six years of relevant experience, with hands-on work in PSS/E and TARA.
