Remote Growth Partnerships Lead: Crypto Influencers

Phantom is seeking a Growth Partnerships Lead to build and scale the US influencer and affiliate marketing program. You will recruit, onboard, and manage a network of influencers and content partners to drive new user acquisition across Phantom’s product suite. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in influencer/affiliate marketing within crypto or consumer fintech, and excels at cross-functional collaboration with Product and Data teams.
