Executive Lead, Producers & Engineers Wing

The Recording Academy is seeking a seasoned executive to lead the Producers & Engineers Wing on a national and global scale. You will engage diverse producer and engineer communities, monitor AI and emerging technologies, and translate developments into guidance, education, and advocacy for members. Reporting to leadership, you will oversee events, partnerships, and committees, ensuring the Wing aligns with the Academy’s mission while expanding its reach and influence in the music community.
