Diabetes Endocrinology NP/PA: Inpatient to Outpatient

BHMG Lifespan Physician Group, Inc., d/b/a Brown Health Medical Group, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to oversee a diabetes caseload in our Ambulatory Endocrine practice across Providence and East Providence, RI. You will provide consultative diabetes care to inpatients and help transition patients to outpatient care. Role reports to Medical Director/Supervising Physician and collaborates with the care team to coordinate services.
