Prime Line AV is a growing audiovisual and event production company based in West Palm Beach, Florida, serving clients nationwide. We help bring corporate events, conferences, conventions, and live productions to life through professional audio, lighting, LED video walls, staging, and video production. Our clients trust us to make their events look and sound exceptional. We’re growing our sales team and looking for people who want to grow with us. Grow accounts. You’ll work with clients planning corporate events, conferences, conventions, and live productions, helping them find the right audiovisual solutions. Connect with potential clients and turn conversations into sales opportunities. Follow up with incoming leads and convert inquiries into booked projects. Grow existing accounts and generate repeat business. Manage your sales pipeline and follow up consistently. Meet and exceed sales goals while building long-term client relationships. You’ll focus on winning business and building relationships, with an experienced production team supporting project delivery. Have 1–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role involving sales. Are competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by financial success. Are organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities. Can work full-time, on-site in West Palm Beach, FL. Bonus points if you have experience in: B2B sales Hospitality or event sales Technology or service-based sales Account management We’ll provide product knowledge and support from our experienced team.
