Job Description:
- Head of General Partner Reporting and Fund Data Governance Overview
- Lead the General Partner Reporting and Fund Data Governance operations within a dynamic Private Equity Finance environment. Oversee strategic initiatives to modernize and scale financial and data reporting processes.
- Manage a team of managers and senior contributors, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and control integrity in financial and data reporting.
- Drive process improvements and strengthen control frameworks across operations. Collaborate with technology teams to enhance systems and streamline processes.
- Represent Private Equity Finance in cross-functional forums and initiatives.
- Utilize expertise in private equity finance, carry plans, and data reconciliation to achieve operational excellence.
- Head of General Partner Reporting and Fund Data Governance Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee GP reporting and carry program administration, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Develop and execute strategies for data governance and reconciliation processes.
- Lead a team of professionals, providing mentorship and direction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive strategic process improvements.
- Strengthen control frameworks to ensure operational integrity and efficiency.
- Partner with technology teams to modernize systems and workflows.
- Represent finance operations in cross-functional forums and initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; CPA certification is a plus.12-15 years of experience in financial services or asset management, particularly in private equity finance.
- Proven leadership and people management experience.

- Advanced Excel skills and excellent communication abilities.
