Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls and establish follows-up after Service appointments.
Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries.
Making Service appointments for guest.
Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other
up with no-show appointments, calling on parts and working on other list to have customers to come in for their service.
Keeping positive relationships with teammates, Service team and dealership management.
Scanning for Service and Parts invoices
Office duties.
Qualifications:
- At least one previous role based in customer service experience
- Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Strong computer skills
- Valid driver’s licenseDMV check, background check and drug test
