Director of Food Safety & Compliance

Mo’ Bettahs is seeking a Senior Food Safety Leader to own the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our food safety and sanitation programs across all restaurants. You will scale the program from 80 to nearly 90 locations, build the team and systems, and manage relationships with health departments and auditors. You will lead HACCP programs, third-party audits, and ServSafe certification while driving training and supplier standards across eight states.
