Monday - Thursday: 7:00AM - 8:00PM Friday: 7:00AM- 6:00PM* Additional Job Duties/Skills/RequirementsAdditional Job Duties/Skills required: Collaborate with all IT staff to assist students and staff with resolving various IT issues. Provide assistance to individuals who visit the help desk in person. Provide phone coverage as required. Aid in asset management and the deployment of IT assets. Utilize Team Dynamix/IT ticketing system. Follow and promote help desk best practices.
