Head of Sales (Dealership)

SALES MANAGER - FAIRFIELD, NJ $95K - $110K Base + 10% Bonus Eligibility | Player-Coach Leadership Role | team of 8-12 Coach and lead 8-12 outside sales representatives through ride-alongs, role-plays, and 1:1s. Recruit, hire, and onboard new representatives to keep the pipeline full. Provide real-time, in-field training and support, coaching representatives live while they sell. Partner with marketing and operations to keep the customer experience seamless.3+ Years of Outside\Field sales experience.~2+ Years leading a field-based sales team of 8+ Reps.~ Comfortable with CRM, Excel, and sales reporting.~ Valid driver's licence. This is a field-heavy role. Base of $95k - $110k + 10% Bonus eligibility.~Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Full leadership ownership of an 8-12 person field team.
