Transaction Tax Principal & Deals Leader

CLA (Clifton Larson Allen) is seeking a Principal or Signing Director to join our Transaction Tax practice in Virginia. The role focuses on leading tax due diligence, structuring and advisory engagements for acquisitions and dispositions, while mentoring staff and developing new business with private equity groups and strategic buyers. Candidates should have a CPA (JD or EA may be accepted) and 10+ years in federal/state/international tax, with a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance.
