Senior Corporate/M&A Counsel, Global Transactions

Cencora, Inc. is seeking a senior M&A attorney to lead complex corporate transactions across its global organization. You will provide practical, business‑oriented legal advice and manage deals from inception through closing and post‑closing integration. Strong drafting, negotiation and leadership skills are essential.
