Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with specialists, nursing staff, and case management to ensure coordinated care and smooth transitions. Manage acute medical conditions with evidence-based protocols and best practices. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical education efforts.

Candidate Profile: Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with hospitalist experience preferred. Skilled in managing acute inpatient conditions and coordinating multidisciplinary care. Committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a rural setting.
