This role drives revenue, manages key relationships, oversees event strategy, and leads the Awards Department team across the Western and Premium segments.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop strategic partnerships that expand revenue, visibility, and market reach
- Lead Awards Department growth including budgets, forecasting, and new business development
- Manage key accounts and cultivate high‑value customer and industry relationships
- Build financial plans including revenue forecasts, ROI analysis, and performance reporting
- Oversee event strategy, logistics, vendor management, and on‑site execution
- Lead and develop a team focused on collaboration, innovation, and customer excellence
- What You Bring3–5 years in business development, partnerships, events, sponsorships, or account management
- Strong financial acumen and data‑driven decision‑making
- Proven success managing revenue goals and strategic relationships
- Leadership experience with coaching and team development
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
- Ability to travel regularly (2–3 events per month)
