They’re building an integrated growth engine across creator-led growth, paid social and paid search rather than operating like a traditional agency Why the Opportunity: Own Meta + Tik Tok performance from strategy through hands-on execution Work across creative analysis, testing, CAC/LTV and growth strategy Build the feedback loop between what creative works organically → what gets amplified with paid Very AI-forward, with an emphasis on building automations and new processes Small team environment with real ownership and direct founder exposure
What We're Looking For:
Deep hands-on paid social experience, particularly Meta and Tik Tok.
