Production Supervisor - Manufacturing

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift openings

Pay: $75,000 to $88,000 per year Lead your production team from the floor, balancing hands-on work with the scheduling, coaching, and quality ownership that keep production on track. Must-Haves 3+ years of manufacturing experience 3+ years of supervisory experience Proven ability to lead and get results through others Strong commitment to safety and quality Problem analysis and resolution skills High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license Basic Microsoft Office skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

What You'll Do: Schedule and assign personnel to complete the production plan Spend about half your time working hands-on in your area Set priorities, monitor schedules, and resolve problems on shift Coach, counsel, train, and evaluate production team members Serve as quality inspector and safety coordinator for your area Make sure materials are ready so the team can work efficiently Monitor process steps and equipment, and identify cost reductions Track production performance and report shift results Build cooperation within and between departments Nice-to-Haves Experience in fabrication or heavy equipment manufacturing Experience implementing cost reductions or process improvements

Compensation and Benefits: $75,000 to $88,000 per year Openings on all three shifts
