Marketing Consultant and Trainer We're looking for a Marketing Consultant and Trainer to join a small, growing team. Someone ready to trade running their own book solo, or carrying an agency on their back, for a role with real support, real structure, and a collaborative team culture. If you've run your own mini-agency, worked inside a larger agency, or coached clients solo, and you're ready for teammates, a system, and room to grow, we want to hear from you! What Your Week Will Look Like Run 2-4 daily Zoom calls with roofing company owners and marketing managers, reviewing their progress on socials, ads, SEO, and mapping out next action steps Lead group Q&A calls on Zoom, answering questions from clients Own a book of up to 25 clients, tracked and reported on through our internal systems Hold clients accountable to their marketing plans, activities, and the results those plans should be producing Answer client questions daily inside our client portal and through email with a 24-hour response commitment Contribute to our training platform, sharpening video content and course material clients use to learn Stay ahead of marketing trends and bring what you're seeing back to the team Qualifications 2+ years of digital and/or social marketing experience Real client-facing experience - you're comfortable being the person on camera, building trust, and driving hard conversations with business owner Proven ability to work remotely and manage your own time The range to teach, encourage, and deliver tough feedback in the same conversation Strong organizational discipline Recent Meta Ads Manager experience preferred You'll Thrive Here If…You want to build something with a team, not just clock in and clock out You can be warm and direct in the same breath, giving people both instruction and accountability You genuinely like watching someone \"get it\" and want to be part of the reason they did This Role Isn't For You If…You'd rather build a deck than get on camera with a client You need one clear task at a time instead of a few moving pieces at once Success Looks Like You take extreme ownership of your clients and their roadmap inside our program Clients and teammates trust you, and retention stays high You're actively building the training library alongside other consultants Our Core Values We help our clients and one another win.
