About us: GMI Cloud is a fast-growing, AI-native infrastructure company delivering high-performance GPU compute, inference services, and infrastructure for AI agents. Following 8x ARR growth, GMI Cloud continues to scale rapidly across the U.S. and APAC. As a Reference Platform NVIDIA Cloud Partner (NCP) and a validated leading NCP across both markets, we power production AI for leading AI-native companies including Fireworks AI, Cartesia, Reflection, and Open Router. From large-scale compute to optimized inference and agentic workloads, GMI Cloud gives AI teams the infrastructure they need to build, deploy, and scale on one unified cloud. One cloud for compute, inference, and agents.
The Role: As our Demand Planning Manager, you will be the architectural lead for our supply chain ecosystem. You will bridge the gap between commercial demand signals and technical supply constraints, ensuring GMI Cloud's infrastructure keeps pace with the rapid demands of AI. This role is critical to maintaining operational agility, cost-efficiency, and supply resilience in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities: Demand Planning: Synchronize demand signals with supply capacity through rigorous S&OP processes to minimize stock-outs Inventory Optimization: Manage inventory health by balancing buffer stock requirements against capital efficiency targets Logistics Coordination: Direct global logistics operations, ensuring efficient customs clearance and timely last-mile delivery to data centers Supply Risk Management: Identify and mitigate end-to-end supply chain disruptions, including geopolitical risks and multi-tier supplier dependencies
Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Operations, or S&OP management, ideally within hyperscale data center or high-tech manufacturing environments Analytical Depth: Proficiency in forecasting models, inventory management software, and ERP systems (Net Suite preferred), with a strong preference for candidates who have led full-cycle system deployments Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of supply chain interdependencies, logistics, and data-driven decision-making Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to influence across departments, including Engineering, Finance, and Procurement
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Research, or Business; MBA is a plus Growth Mindset: A \"get-it-done\" attitude. You thrive in the ambiguity of a startup but execute with the precision of a global leader
