Japanese Bilingual Sales Representative A leading Japanese trading company is seeking a Japanese-English bilingual Sales Representative to join its U.S. subsidiary. This position focuses on supporting and expanding business across a wide range of industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will have sales or purchasing experience in industrial products or related sectors. Strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of supply chains, and fluency in Japanese are required. Manage and expand business relationships with existing clients across various industrial sectors. Propose and support specification-in of products and materials. Serve as a liaison between Japanese suppliers and North American clients, ensuring smooth communication and operations. Coordinate with internal logistics and operations teams for delivery scheduling and inventory control. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Support pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and overall account management. Work cross-functionally with global teams, including counterparts in Japan and Asia. Attend in-person meetings and business trips across the U.S. and Mexico as needed. Full-time, Exempt Monday to Friday, 9:00 am ~ 5:30 pm Hybrid work possible based on performance and business needs.
