Associate, Middle Office - US Equity

Overview: In this role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of BAM's private investments and PIPEs within the US Listed Middle Office. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to manage SPVs, capital calls, distributions, and corporate actions, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and documentation. You'll expand scope over time to include loans and other private assets, shaping processes and controls. This is a hands-on position at a fast-growing private investments book with a strong emphasis on detail and independent problem-solving. You will be a key contributor to efficient operations and risk management, with a clear path to mentoring teammates.
