Millwright & Rigging Estimator

Responsibilities: Calculate and estimate the expected cost of construction projects. Prepare competitive bids through cost review and analysis. Provide accurate estimates based on detailed analysis of all cost information. Support successful project completion through collaboration and input. Perform duties overlapping with project management responsibilities. Estimate and manage millwright, mechanical, and rigging projects (including machinery assembly, erection, relocation, dismantling, and full process line/plant moves). Perform structural steel material take-offs and labor estimating. Manage job costing and construction accounting with financial oversight of projects. ssemble RFQ packages for fabricators and subcontractors. Read, understand, and manage bid and construction documents, including P&IDs, ISO's, technical specs, and contract documents. pply rigging knowledge, including cranes, hydraulic gantries, lift trucks, jack-and-slide systems, and specialized rigging methods. Utilize millwright knowledge for layout, machine installation, assembly/disassembly, leveling, and alignment.
