Position Summary:
Robbins Property Associates is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community team. This position is responsible for completing service requests, preparing apartment homes for new residents, and helping maintain a safe, attractive, and well-maintained community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete resident service requests and apartment turns
- Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC (Certification), appliance, and general maintenance repairs
- Assist with preventative maintenance and property inspections
- Participate in on-call rotation for maintenance emergencies
- Support community appearance and curb appeal
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents

What We're Looking For:
We are seeking reliable maintenance professionals with experience in apartment maintenance, construction, or general maintenance.
