Principal Engineer & AI Lead

Key Responsibilities: Own the technical architecture and design decisions for the team's applications and services Integrate AI coding agents into the development lifecycle and establish effective workflows for AI-assisted tasks Take responsibility for delivering production-ready capabilities from problem definition through deployment and operational supportRequired Qualifications 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with demonstrated technical leadership Strong software design and architecture skills, balancing simplicity and operational needs Experience delivering and operating production software end to end Proficiency in at least one primary technology stack and understanding of testing strategies and CI/CD Practical experience using AI coding agents in real engineering workflows
