Director of Investor Relations

The Opportunity: We are seeking a seasoned Investor Relations professional to join our team, based in New York or Boston. This is a critical role to strengthen our capital markets presence, engage with U.S. institutional investors and analysts, and help shape the equity story of a fast-growing AI biotech leader listed in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute investor relations strategy for U.S. and global institutional investors Build and maintain relationships with sell-side and buy-side analysts covering biotech, AI, and healthcare Prepare earnings materials, investor presentations, press releases, and other disclosures Monitor market trends, peer performance, and shareholder composition Lead investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences Collaborate with CFO on messaging, guidance, and crisis communication Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to senior management

Requirements: 8+ years of experience in equity research (sell-side or buy-side) covering biotech/pharma/AI, or in-house IR at a publicly listed company Deep understanding of capital markets, valuation, and investor behavior Existing network with U.S. institutional investors and analysts Experience with Hong Kong-listed companies or cross-border capital markets is a plus Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Mandarin is a plus based in New York or Boston area
